My Star Trek Online vice-captaindmiral has been killed and/or assimilated on away missions so many times over the course of his career that I’m pretty sure leftover Borg nanowhatsits are the only things keeping him breathing at this point.

Tam Tara Deepcroft Hard Mode

Given the subject matter, this was the one of the new dungeons that I had to see for myself. Not Stone Vigil, Hullbreaker, or even Halatali, Brayflox, Coil, or Crystal Tower. This one.

And boy, was it worth it. (Yes). Compellingly sad story, appropriately creepy atmosphere, and nice mechanics to the fights (though the last boss fight is very busy).

Also, that quest turn-in cutscene.
